Processing & Shipping
At FogerVapes.store, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:30 PM EST are generally shipped the same business day. During high-volume periods, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times will be handled on the next business day.
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses may be delayed or canceled. Certain vape products may be restricted in some states due to local laws.
Order Verification
All orders require payment confirmation and age verification. Incomplete or failed verification can delay your order. Please ensure your full legal name, date of birth, and shipping address are correct before placing an order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
While we package every order with care, FogerVapes.store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors. If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and file a claim directly with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a defective item (not caused by misuse), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item or a DOA product was sent. Prepaid return labels will be provided in those cases. All returns must be approved by customer service before shipping.
How to Request a Return
Email support@fogervapes.store with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (photos or videos may be required)
Once approved, our team will provide instructions to complete your return.
Processing Returns
If the item is confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped at no cost (subject to availability). If unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing.
Important Notices
Defective devices purchased from other vendors cannot be replaced by FogerVapes.store. Please contact the original seller for support. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on our website.
